Dear
Mark, I just wanted to
take a moment to thank you for the great job with our kitchen and dining room
redesign and remodel. Patrick and I are thrilled with the end result. Although
we had a good idea of what we were looking for, your advice and recommendations
were invaluable. The shopping
cruise while overwhelming was a great feature. It allows you to see what
is available and make your choices or bring back samples in one day vs. going
yourself weekend after weekend.
We
can't say enough about your team of contractors. They all were a joy to work with
and we highly recommend them. They were there when they were supposed to be, worked
with our designs, and their clean up was impeccable when they were finished.
We appreciated how the flooring refinisher worked us into his schedule when our
cats got loose and walked all over our newly finished floor leaving paw prints
everywhere.
The finished
product came out better than I could have imagined. Although we redesigned
two rooms it flows seamlessly with the rest of the house. We would
happily recommend your services to someone looking to remodel. -

Mark,
.....Brian
and I want to thank you for your speedy completion of our kitchen countertops
and new sink. The wedding was wonderful and I was able to entertain 30 people
the next day and show them off to everyone. You
were so right about the "golden vyara" granite. It is spectacular! I
feel as though I have new jewelry every day when I look at it, and it really gave
our old kitchen a whole new look and feel.
The
Franke sink is also fantastic. You were right again! I don't miss the old double
sink at all. We have a lot more counter top area now. I can soak a huge roasting
pan in it all at once, and keeping the counters clean is easy because of the rimless
under mount feature. The extra deepness is great when we need it and the rack
allows us to dry things in the sink (rather than clutter up the counter), and
we can still use the water and drain/waste disposal at the same time.
Thank
you again for all your suggestions, hard work and attention to details! It all
looks and works perfectly, and was a great investment in our home and family life
too!

Dear
Mark,
This
letter is to thank you for an outstanding job on redesigning and remodeling our
kitchen, dining room and bath/laundry room. From our first meeting you gave us
excellent guidance on steps and options to consider. Your "shopping
trip" helped us to solidify our selections and decide what elements
we wanted. Your attention to
detail and follow up with your team of contractors and suppliers helped to keep
the job on track and resulted in a truly wonderful final result. Finally,
you were able to correct some original structural and design problems that were
there from the time the house was originally built. After living in our house
for 22 years, we now have the feeling that we are in a brand new house. We would
not hesitate to recommend you for any kitchen remodeling job. Thanks Mark and
good luck with more success in the future.

..Mark
Brady worked with us on a complete remodeling of our kitchen, finished in the
fall of 1997. It's so rare for a project of this scope to go so smoothly and for
the finished product to actually be better than we had hoped, but that's what
happened. From our initial interview through til when the job was done, Mark was
the unusual contractor who actually listens to what your needs are and even anticipates
some you aren't aware of. He built us a temporary kitchen in our dining room,
which at first I thought was a wacky idea, but it ended up saving us some serious
money, not having to eat out every day during the construction. Despite the reluctance
of the cabinet makers to OK a peninsula due to insufficient clearance space, Mark
and I designed and he built exactly what we had in mind, first in rough form to
see if it would work. Well, it works just fine and gives the kids a place to sit
and play or do homework, or snack while I'm working in the kitchen and also provides
some extra storage space. We love our new kitchen and look forward to the opportunity
of working with Mark again sometime in the future...
Dear
Mark,
What
an exhilarating day we had with you, taking the Mark Brady Kitchens "Shopping
Cruise"! Though we were both on overload by it's conclusion, our
feeling was of great satisfaction, as though we had just finished a gourmet, eight-course
dinner.Where to start? The planning was impeccable: the "workbook" an
invaluable (soon to become even more invaluable) tool. The scheduling of visits
to the showrooms was just right-not too long and not to short. The representatives
we met from your team were all cordial and knowledgeable. Lunch was just when
we needed it and, by the way, was delicious. (Since eating out is our hobby, we're
delighted you introduced us to another fine restaurant.)The Kitchen "Shopping
Cruise" is a wonderful way to become acquainted with all the tastes,
textures, themes, thingamajigs, toys, trappings, and treasures out there today.
We learned a good bit on a multitude of subjects and even made some preliminary
choices. A process which could have taken us a year was compressed into a day;
quite the jump start, and
just what we wanted in view of our time constraints. From Limo to oven stick, Mark,
the "Shopping Cruise"
was a tour de force, and we just wanted to thank you. Best
regards, Suzanne and John
P.S.
The best thing about it? It was just plain fun!
Mark, I
thought that I'd drop you a note now that we have had a few weeks to live in our
"new" kitchen. We're very happy with the results- it feels like a whole
new room! The transformation is quite dramatic even though we retained our original
cabinets. That decision was certainly the right one for us. The new countertop,
backsplash, and appliances gave us the look and convenience we wanted without
breaking the budget. The new shelves and cubbyholes that you crafted reinforced
the "country kitchen" look that I was trying to achieve. The process
that you took us through was reasonably organized-for a remodeling project! It
was very helpful to work with your subcontractors. Your pre-existing relationship
with Village Cabinet gave us good service and better response time when the inevitable
delays occurred. Once
all the materials were delivered, you started and completed the job in a timely
manner. Your dust free system worked well, even for a "neat freak" like
me! You always answered my e-mails promptly, which gave me greater confidence
in the process and the schedule. We've had nothing but compliments from the family
and friends that have visited our home since the job was completed. I would confidently
recommend your services to anyone considering remodeling their kitchen.
Once
upon a time, not so long ago, there was a castle with a kitchen which had been
asleep for 50 or so years. It had been cast under a wicked spell in the 1940s
and there it remained in a deep slumber until the late 1990s. The
new owners of the castle desperately wanted to awaken the kitchen and give it
all the amenities it had been missing, including counter space, cabinets, and
appliances. The question was "HOW TO BREAK THE SPELL?" Through the royal grapevine,
the castle owners had heard of someone who may be able to help. PRINCE BRADY.
One day PRINCE
BRADY came riding in, not on a white horse, but in a red van. He surveyed the
kitchen and decided he could help break the spell. First he sat down with the
castles owners and devised a plan to reawaken the kitchen within the king and
queens budget. Then the prince took the king and queen around to collect all the
ingredients for the magic potion, including cabinets, floor, appliances and countertops.
This
trip was done in a very long white limousine, rather than the usual carriage and
eight white horses. The king and queen were impressed. After many discussions
and some revisions the king and queen were ready for the PRINCE BRADY to break
the curse. The prince provided a temporary kitchen for the castle and with his
footman, coachmen and apprentices in place, started his magic. After a number
of weeks and no major complications, the kitchen stirred from its 50 years of
sleep. When the prince had finished working his magic spell, the kitchen had emerged
as a beautiful, gleaming and useful part of the castle. The queen was delighted,
the king was happy the queen was pleased and the little lord and ladies of the
house danced with joy. The prince left to search the land for another kitchen
to rescue and they all lived happily ever after. See

This letter is a small token of the gratitude which Bob and I wish to convey to
you for the truly professional remodeling of our kitchen and bathrooms. Had it
not been for our timely meeting at the Home Show, our home would still not be
remodeled. We had neither the time or energy to be contractors for our own home
remodeling project nor make all the necessary purchases and oversee the project.
I
can honestly say that your Mark Brady Kitchens system is second to none in the
industry. We appreciated your initial visit to our home and your ability to listen
as we spoke about the specific changes we wanted to make. You understood our needs
and guided us expertly in each decision as the project progressed. We especially
appreciated being driven to your retail team locations to select and purchase
our kitchen granite countertops, cabinets, appliances, lighting, flooring and
accessories for each room. In only two days everything was selected. Because of
your assistance and welcoming comments at each location, the process of decision
making was effortless. Setting
up our old appliances in other parts of the house for our use while the kitchen
was under construction made living in the house much easier. We still miss the
old refrigerator in the living room! As
the project took form, we enjoyed seeing the changes each day brought. The finished
kitchen is truly a work of art which, when we first saw it, left us speechless:
it was far beyond what we had expected. We take such joy now in working in our
kitchen,m and having guests come over. Your design for kitchen and bathrooms turned
out so beautiful, yet so functional; we can now find everything with ease. You
even suggested innovative ideas to improve on the design; the display shelf above
the kitchen door for example. We
are both filled with admiration for your attention to detail: the trim work; the
shelf above the door; the daily clean-up; and, selection of colors for the walls,
to name just a few. We are also impressed with your colleagues: the electrician
who suggested measures to improve lighting; the plumber who installed piping throughout
the house; Erin and Christy, who worked so diligently and with such pride in everything
they did. Mark, you made
the project effortless for us and you have no idea how thankful we are. There
was nothing we had to worry about; you took care of all the details. Thank you
so much for everything! Please use us as a reference for any future client who
would appreciate a no-hassle and professional remodeling project. With
many thanks,
